Fee Waiver Application
Families may apply for a fee waiver here:
https://jotform.syc427.org/261596019616968
Please note that fee waiver eligibility is determined by your meal application status. A fee waiver application cannot be processed without a completed meal benefits application.
Directly Certified Families
If your family receives directly certified state benefits, such as SNAP, TANF, or Income Eligible Medicaid, you do not need to complete the Free and Reduced Meal Benefits application or the Fee Waiver application. Eligible benefits will be applied automatically.
For reference, the Illinois income eligibility guidelines for Free and Reduced Meal Benefits can be found here:

Student fees will be added to student accounts on Friday, August 7, 2026. We strongly encourage eligible families to submit their applications before that date so any approved meal benefits or fee waivers can be applied as quickly as possible. Families may still apply at any time during the school year if their circumstances change.
If you have any questions or need assistance with the application process, please contact Ally Bagg by email at abagg@syc427.org or by phone at (815) 899-8105.
